Our remaining four days in New Mexico were spent collecting in an area that I am not at liberty to divulge at this time. All the of the mines that we visited are on patented or deeded claims and for which we obtained permission to collect. We were asked to not share the exact locations or ownership information so that these mines do not become overrun with unscrupulous individuals who unfortunately do not respect property rights. But, I thought that you might at least enjoy seeing pictures of the wide assortment of rocks and minerals that we recovered. Our thanks go out to a very special person for his generosity of mind and spirit . . . and you know who you are!

Our drive home took two long days, but we made it just fine. Opal was especially pleased to be back in her yard and bounded about like she was a puppy again. Although we were all happy to be home, New Mexico is a magical place and we hope to be able to return to it soon!
